Hospital & Care Facility Visits  I provide bedside notarizations at hospitals, assisted living facilities, and care homes across San Francisco and the Peninsula. These sensitive visits are handled with patience, compassion, and discretion. 

General Notarizations  I handle acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, affidavits, parental consent forms, and more. From everyday documents to time-sensitive paperwork, I make notarization easy and convenient. 

Can't come to me? No problem, I'll come to you! We can meet at homes, apartments, hospitals, care facilities, local businesses, coffee shops, libraries, or other public spaces. (Travel fees apply depending on distance and time)  

Identification Requirements: Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID required. Expired IDs may work with a credible witness, just ask!  

Fees: Notarization: $15 per signature (per California law). 

Travel Fees: Quoted at the time of booking, based on distance. After-hours or weekend appointments may incur additional fees.  Scheduling: Appointments are available by request.
